I am a native of Birmingham but was raised in New York and Boston. I have always valued education and loved learning new skills. Throughout my life I have attained several academic degrees and never backed down but embraced challenges. Upon returning home in 1991, I attended Nursing School and started a career that I loved. Being a natural nurturer and leader, I was in the right place. I achieved many accomplishments, awards, and promotions throughout my career. My last Nursing position was Chief Nursing Officer of Cooper Green Mercy Hospital. After the closing of this Hospital with much soul searching, I felt the need to pursue a new career. At that time my son Terry was in Real Estate school. One day Terry said, “mom come and go to Real Estate School with me.” Subsequently, I did attend and completed the Real Estate course, and licensing exam. In 2015, I joined Keller Williams Realty where I learned the business of Real Estate. To my amazement I had found a new calling! During my career I became a coach for the Team Members, and trained Agents in the Keller Williams coaching program. Over the years, I built a rewarding Real Estate career and business; and received several awards for production each year. Desiring to learn more and enhance my business in 2022 I passed the Real Estate Brokers Exam. My son and I felt that it was time to create our business for our family, thus T.Mills Realty Group Brokerage was formed. I am the Qualifying Broker and Co-Owner of T.Mills Realty Group along with my son. I get to serve clients and Agents now. I always say, It’s your dream let me help you make it come true 205.565.9101
